Felton Health Care was first to offer medical director services to adult family homes beginning in 2013.

Hospice and Home Health Coordination

We strive to maintain strong relationships with the hospice and home health agencies in our area. We work hand-in-hand with these providers to coordinate the best possible care for patients.

Lab and Imaging Coordination

We coordinate with local labs, mobile phlebotomy, and imaging services to gain necessary information without the burden of traveling to a lab or clinic.
